Week two! I think they say if you do something three times is becomes a habit so cross your fingers with me.
This weeks challenge was composition themed: Rule of Thirds/Motion. For those who didn't know(I didn't, I definitely googled it), the rule of thirds is the idea that if you divide an image with three equally spaced vertical lines and three equally spaced horizontal lines your focal point will be offset somehow and create more visual interest by not being completely centered. I don't remember any of my photo professors calling it this, though they may have. I think they just told us centering images was terrible. So were photos of flowers and puppies. But that was college and this is life.
I'll be honest, I was looking for a way to cheat my way out of it by using an old photo of my kid but the composition wasn't there. I landed on this one after staring off into space looking at my ceiling.
